Sunday Favourites: Christmas Special #397

It's the first Sunday of December, which means it's time for my first Sunday Favourites Christmas Special of the year!

These posts work the same as my usual Sunday Favourites posts, except that they're filled with festive ideas and inspiration to inspire you during the count down to Christmas. I'll be bringing you a new festive Sunday Favourites every Sunday this month, packed full of festive content like crafts, art, recipes, and home decor ideas, starting with today's post which is bursting with colourful Christmas inspiration. I hope you enjoy it.

There are few things better than colourful Christmas lights, except maybe these easy Christmas light cookies with sprinkles from Club Crafted.

The Make Arcade has the cutest selection of Christmas craft kits this year. I particularly want to make the Merry and Bright embroidery kit.

This DIY colourful gingerbread house Advent calendar from A Kailo Chic Life is adorable.

My cake decorating skills are lacking, but this Christmas light cake from Club Crafted looks spectacular and so easy to decorate.

Need some gift wrapping inspo? I love this DIY string of lights gift wrap from The Crafted Life.

Club Crafted's rainbow holiday village is so cute, and they even have free templates for you to download so you can make your own!

Handmade Charlotte's collaged rainbow Christmas wrapping paper looks so fun and eye-catching. The paper shapes remind me of Fuzzy Felt!

These DIY modern tiered ombre Christmas trees from A Kailo Chic Life would be a cheerful addition to any home this Christmas.

Also from A Kailo Chic Life, this DIY rainbow candy cane pillow is so cool, and looks like it would be so comfy to cuddle up with in front of the TV this Christmas.

These Royal Mail Christmas Stamp designs from Helen Musslewhite in 2016 are amazing. I wish I'd seen them at the time.

The Sugar Coated Cottage can show you how to make this fantastic holiday pull-apart cupcake cake.

The House That Lars Built has heaps of DIYs packed in to one post to help you create a head to toe Swedish Christmas.

Handy with a paint brush? Check out this DIY painted Christmas village from PMQ For Two.

A Kailo Chic Life made a DIY colourful tree forest from a plain IKEA Christmas decoration, and show you how you can make one, too.

I don't know why these dinosaur Christmas cards from Hello DODO Shop are making me laugh so much, but I love them.

The House Thar Lars Built shared a great tutorial for how to dye bottle brush trees.

And if dyeing bottle brush trees isn't your jam, how about making some out of paper using The House That Lars Built's clever hack and template?
