My Christmas List 2024

I might be a little too late to submit my Christmas list to Santa this year, but I'm gonna post it here, anyway. I mean, I've been so good this year, so maybe he'll deliver the goods? Maybe not.

Either way, I wanted to show you some of the lovely things I'd love to find under the tree on Christmas morning. I hope it gives you a little present inspiration if you're still struggling for ideas for the women in your life this Christmas.

1. I'd love some new nail polishes for Christmas, and the Nails Inc Leave Them On Red set has the dreamiest mix of winter hues.

2. The Moomins was one of my favourite cartoons growing up, so I need this Moomin smock dress from Truffle Shuffle! 

3. These books have been on my wish list for well over a year, so I'd be sooo happy to find the Illumicrate editions of The Bride of the Shadow King trilogy under the tree on Christmas morning.

4. I was obsessed with Polly Pockets in the nineties, so I'm dying to get my hands on this amazing Loungefly Polly Pocket Convertible Mini Backpack.

5. How cute is this Erstwilder Donut Cake brooch?! 

6. I'm not content to just have my cake and eat it, too- I also want to wear it. Not on my face- with this Erstwilder Romance Isn't Dead cake brooch pinned to my clothes.

7. I bought the other two collector's editions of The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare over Black Friday, and still need book two, City of Ashes, to complete the set. It's so pretty.

8. I rarely wear slippers as I overheat so quickly, but I'd make an exception for these amazing Labyrinth Worm slippers from Truffle Shuffle. Best slippers ever? I think so!

9. I love Tarte make up, and the Tartlette Amazonian Clay palette set from QVC is calling my name. It's one of the nicest sets I've seen in ages. The eyeshadow palette is currently on sale on their website at a far better price, though...

10. I'd love to get the Serpent and Dove boxset; I've wanted to try this series for years.

11. The Nails Inc 8 Days of Nails set looks like it would be perfect for making my nails look pretty over the holidays.

12. I already have a couple of Labyrinth dresses, but I still want this Labyrinth Celestial velvet smock dress from Truffle Shuffle to make it an uneven-three. It's amazing!

13. What I wouldn't give to get this gorgeous Lust & Longing Journal from The Quirky Cup Collective. My only problem would be choosing what kind of paper to have in it- lined, dotted, or blank.

14. And I'm also coveting the matching Everything Nice Reading Companion. It's basically a streamlined version of their brilliant reading journals. (I have a couple- they're fantastic).

15. This Loungefly Polly Pocket mini backpack is so cute! I love the heart print on the sides.

16. Popsy Clothing have won my heart once again with their beautiful Dorian Book Print Full Skirt Dress. It combines two of my favourite things- books and dresses!

17. Too Faced always have the most amazing Christmas collections, and this year's Merry Merry Make Up eyeshadow palette looks incredible. I'm not sure what I love more- the shades, or the packaging.

18. I'm apparently craving all the Polly Pocket things this year, but can you blame me when the Loungefly Polly Pocket Zip Around Wallet is this cute?!

19. This Waterstones Exclusive hardback of The Januaries by Olivie Blake looks so beautiful. I'd love to add it to my collection.

20. I've also got my beady little eye on Owlcrate's special edition of The Stars are Dying. Every last detail is to die for.

21. The Owlcrate edition of Your Blood, My Bones is another book that looks as great as it sounds. Its hidden cover looks fantastic.

22. And last but not least, the Too Faced Let it Snow Globes eyeshadow palette set would be a welcome addition to my dressing table. Even if they almost look too pretty to use!

My Christmas List 2023

My family keep pestering me for Christmas present ideas, so I thought it was about time I put together a little wish list to give them a few ideas. 

I figured it might also give you guys some Christmas present inspiration for your own friends and family (or yourself!), so I'm sharing it with you, too.

Here's this year's Christmas list. Remember to check it twice.

1. Owlcrate's edition of Fall of Ruin and Wrath is one of the most beautiful books I've ever seen. Even if it kinda looks like a purple version of the Six of Crows collector's edition.

2. I'm in love with the print on this Herbology Witch print Lyra Mini Dress from Lady Vintage. Loving the forest witch vibes.

3. The Lucinda cable knit embroidered cardigans from Joanie Clothing look perfect for throwing over a cute dress to stay warm in the winter. I can't decide if I prefer the teal...

4. ...or this gorgeous mustard variation. Maybe I need both?

5. How many Robin Hood Loungefly backpacks are too many? Because I need this Robin Hood floral mini backpack in my life like yesterday. It's one of the best bags I've ever seen.

6. Erstwilder just released their insanely cute and colourful Kutopia collection by Kasey Rainbow, and their Owen the Otter brooch looks otterly adorable.

7. I would sell my right arm to find the new deluxe Hunger Games box set under the tree this Christmas, but it already seems to be sold out everywhere, so I'm a sad little bookworm. I'm kicking myself for not preordering it, but I didn't have the pennies and figured it would be around for a while. I really hope they restock it. 

8. I don't need any more eyeshadows in my life, but I would definitely make room for Too Faced's new seasonal Merry Merry Makeup eyeshadow palette. The colours look dreamy.

9. I've always had a soft spot for dachshunds (sorry, Rosie), and this Darcy the Dachshund brooch is one of the cutest dog brooches I've ever seen.

10. I really want to try the new Pears & Share range from The Body Shop, especially the shower gel and body yoghurt, so the Pear Essentials gift set would definitely be welcomed this Christmas.

11. What I wouldn't give to own this amazing Loungefly Lady and the Tramp mini backpack! I always loved the Christmas scene with Jock and Trusty and the puppies at the end of the film, so this one is definitely a need, and not just a want. It's so perfect I could cry.

12. The Rescuers was one of my favourite Disney films growing up, and this soft toy set of Miss Bianca, Bernard, and Evinrude is adorable. I can't believe there's a teddy of Evinrude and his little leaf motor boat!

13. I'm dying to get my hands on this Olivie Blake Masters of Death and One For My Enemy book duo from Illumicrate. The books look stunning (especially Masters of Death), and the storylines sound really good, too.

14. I love this Cruel Prince stationery set from Litjoy Crate, which matches the art in the book boxset. The only problem is, they're so pretty, I wouldn't want to use them.

15. Nettle and Bone was one of my favourite reads last year, and I've fallen in love with this special edition from The Broken Binding. The Bone Dog hidden cover is amazing, and it's so inexpensive for a special edition, too.

16. Rhonda the Red Panda is another Erstwilder Kutopia brooch that would make a great edition to my brooch zoo.

17. I love the Barnes and Noble special editions of Jennifer L. Armentrout's Blood and Ash, and Flesh and Fire series, and would love to collect them. This copy of A Light in the Flame is so beautiful.

18. A Fire in the Flesh is even prettier. I just wish there was one for Shadow in the Ember.

19. I never knew I needed an edition of Monopoly so much until I discovered there's now Labyrinth Monopoly. It looks so good!

20. Owlcrate's Forest reading planner is still high on my lust list. The design is gorgeous, and it has everything you need for recording your reading life.

21. Another Barnes and Noble special edition I have my eye on is this stunning copy of A Soul of Ash and Blood. Sadly, B&N stopped delivering to the UK during the pandemic, but I'm tempted to save up, and try a shipping service like Stackry at some point. Has anyone ever used them?

22. How cute is The Growth Eternal mini brooch from Erstwilder?! It would go great with the Lyra dress.

23. And finally, one last Erstwilder Kutopia brooch because a girl can never have too many... say hello to Warren the Wombat. He's wonderful.

My Christmas List 2022

It's that time of the year when I like to share a Christmas List of the things I'd love to find under the Christmas tree on Christmas morning.

It's a wish list I've put together just for fun, and isn't something I plan to flash in people's faces, demanding they buy me things from it. I might steer people in its direction if they ask for ideas, but mostly, it's just a fun wish list showing what I'd love Santa to bring me, that might also provide present ideas for yourself and your loved ones.

This year, it took me a while to compile a wish list, as aside from books and a few brooches, I couldn't think of many things that I was lusting after. I mostly just want a big stack of beautiful books, Loungefly backpacks, and Erstwilder brooches this year, but personally, I think that makes for a quality wish list.

I'll let you be the judge of that, though. Check it out for yourselves.

1. This faux leather celestial reading planner from Owlcrate is the prettiest reading planner I've ever seen.
2. I love this Maverick Macaw brooch from the Erstwilder x Pete Cromer Wildlife collection.
3. This Twisted Wunder star print maxi dress from Simply Be looks stunning.
4. I really want to read the A Court of Thorns and Roses series, and the collector's edition of the first book is so beautiful. Just look at it!
5. The collector's edition of Throne of Glass is another beauty I need in my collection, and another book series I want to try.
6. How cute are these Erstwilder toadstool earrings?!
7. It's been years since I last owned some Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat, or my favourite YSL blur primer, so I definitely wouldn't object to finding this lovely YSL make up set under the tree this year.
8. I love the detail to the Erstwilder x Pete Cromer Tranquil Tiger brooch.
9. I haven't read the first book in the series yet, but the Owlcrate edition of When Night Breaks by Janella Angeles needs to come live with me. 
10. I'm kicking myself for only just discovering Fairyloot, as this edition of The Ballad of Never After is seriously beautiful, with sprayed stencilled edges, a reversible dust jacket, and the loveliest end paper art of Jacks and Evangeline... and it's now sold out. I'm still including it here, as it's a wish list, and I'd be thrilled if a Christmas miracle happened, and I found this under the tree on Christmas morning. If you have a copy and don't want it, send it my way! 
11. Alice in Wonderland has always been one of my favourite Disney films, and this Painting the Roses Red backpack from Loungefly is incredible.
12. I desperately need a new camera as I dropped and broke mine this autumn, and am stuck using a grainy old point and shoot that's 10+ years old. I won't get one for Christmas, as they're too expensive, but this Canon DSLR seems like a pretty good deal for a starter DLSR.
13. This red panda brooch from Erstwilder has been on my wish list half the year, so I'd be a happy little panda if I got one for Christmas.
14. Loungefly always make the best bags, and their Robin Hood book convertible backpack is one of the best bags in the history of bags. I love that the inside is like a storybook with scenes from the film, and includes Maid Marian and Lady Kluck playing badminton!
15. I definitely do not need any more eyeshadow palettes, but oh, this Too Faced Yummy Bear palette is dreamy. Maybe I could find room for just one more?
16. I already own a Loungefly Robin Hood backpack, but holy crap, the new Prince John Carriage mini backpack looks amazing, and I need it in my life.
17. I love the look of the Owlcrate edition of Book of Night by Holly Black. I'm currently addicted to The Folk of the Air series (I've almost finished The Wicked King), so I'd love to try some of her other books once I'm done with all the others.
18. There's something so charming about this Erstwilder X Pete Cromer Orderly Orangutan Brooch. Her little face is too cute.
19. The Hell Bunny Love Cats mini dress is so fun, and colourful. It covers a good range of sizes, too, from an XS up to a 6XL!
20. I don't need another copy of Caraval, but I'll admit, the gold foil 5th anniversary edition sure is tempting me.
21. I'd love to journal through Leigh Bardugo's gorgeous Grishaverse companion journal, The Severed Moon, in 2023. It looks wonderful.
22. I adored My Little Pony when I was little and owned several of them, so I can't help coveting the piece of pastel perfection that is the Loungefly My Little Pony mini backpack. It's an eighties'/ nineties' child's dream.
23. Two books in, and I'm totally obsessed with The Folk of the Air, so I can't wait to read How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories. Though, I have a feeling I'll want to buy this one for myself before Christmas, just as soon as I've read The Queen of Nothing.
24. Everyone seems to be playing Disney Dreamlight Valley at the moment, and I'd love to jump on the bandwagon. It only seems to be available to download, and not as a cartridge, though, so I'll probably have to buy this one myself, too.

My Christmas List 2021

I've had a few family members ask me for Christmas present ideas lately, and I didn't know what to tell them.

I realised there isn't anything I'm desperate to find under the tree this year, and it took me weeks to put together a wish list board on Pinterest to give them a few ideas. I guess I must be growing up, because Christmas is more about enjoying the festivities and delicious food with my family and friends, then it is the presents these days. I mean, receiving presents is lovely, but I don't need a stack of presents to have a great Christmas. 

That being said, I have been coveting some lovely little things over the last few months, and now that I remember what they are, I thought I'd show you what's on my Christmas List today. It something I like to do every year, just for fun, and to hopefully give you guys some last minute Christmas present inspiration. So, let's get started...

1. The Zatchels Sugarcube bags are the best little day bags, and I'd love to add one in red to my bag collection.
2. The Rocket's Riot Racoon brooch from Erstwilder's 10th anniversary collection is so adorable.
3. I really want this Xmas polka dot Lyra dress from Lady Vintage to wear on Christmas Day.
4. Even though I wouldn't use it until the summer, I really want the Vendula London Seaside Souvenirs clipper coin purse so I can use it with my matching backpack. I have one in another design, and they're great little coin purses.
5. The Erstwilder Duck, Duck, Splash! brooch has been on my wish list for over a year, but it's so adorable that I still live in hope of adding it to my collection one day. Just look at that little duck in his yellow raincoat!
6. The King of Christmas parrot brooch from Erstwilder is so beautiful.
7. I have a feeling I'd wear these glitter resin heart earrings from Erstwilder until they literally fall apart from over-use.
8. This Roses are Red rose brooch from Erstwilder's Cute & Spooky by Mimsy collection would be a welcome addition to my brooch collection.
9. Look how beautiful the Emma Bridgewater heart print digital radio is! I'm in love! My Cath Kidston speakers broke a while back, so this would make a wonderful replacement.
10. How cute is the Loungefly Disney Cats wallet?! I love that it even has Dinah on it!
11. I'd love to try Too Faced's Better Than Sex waterproof mascara. The original version makes my lashes look amazing, but I prefer using waterproof mascaras as they don't run when I get too hot from my Fibromyalgia. I want to find out if the waterproof version is just as good.
12. The Body Shop's new seasonal ranges sound amazing, so I'd be thrilled to receive the Kindness & Pears Essentials Gift set so I could try a few products.
13. I don't know what it is about them, but the Jellycat Amuseables really make me smile, and I'm a little bit smitten with the sweet little Amuseable Acorn.
14. I've also fallen for the Amuseable Boiled Eggs. I got my little sister one with a sad little face a few months ago, and it made us laugh. I'd particularly love the blushing one, but it seems to be sold out everywhere online.
15. I don't need any more make up palettes, but holy crap, the Too Faced Christmas in the City set looks incredible. Their Christmas sets are always so good.
16. This classic plain red Lyra dress from Lady Vintage is gorgeous. I almost always gravitate towards patterned dresses, for some reason, so it would be great to mix things up, and try a plain block-colour dress for a change.
17. The Chippy Caper seagull brooch from Erstwilder would be perfect for wearing on future holidays to Cornwall, or day trips to the seaside.
18. I need these mottled-blue resin heart earrings from Erstwilder in my life.
19. The Too Faced Christmas in London set looks dreamy.
20. I'm still addicted to Animal Crossing, and have always loved a good game of Monopoly, so I really need Animal Crossing Monopoly in my life.
21. I love a dark red dress for autumn / winter, and the wine Lady Vintage Lyra dress is stunning. 
22. I'd love some new books to read in the New Year, and The Shadow in the Glass by JJA Harwood has been on my wishlist for a while.
23. Broadcast by Liam Brown sounds really intriguing. I recently read one of his books for the first time- Skin- and loved it, so I'm hoping his other books will be just as good.
24. This hardback edition of Witch by Finbar Hawkins is beautiful, and it sounds like an interesting read, too.
25. I haven't done a jigsaw in about 25 years, but this Animal Crossing jigsaw makes me want to step up to the challenge again.
26. The YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer is the best primer I've ever tried. I'd love a new bottle to replace the one I used up forever ago.
27. I really love this Enchanting Emu brooch from Erstwilder and Pete Cromer.
28. And I'm still dying to get my hands on the Vendula London Flower Shop Backpack. I can't find it anywhere online in the UK, though, so I doubt I'll be finding this under the tree this Christmas. Maybe I'll have to save up and buy it from Australia.

My Christmas List 2019


As it's almost Christmas, this week I thought I'd share my Christmas list in lieu of my usual Wednesday Wish List.

I haven't actually compiled a Christmas list to share with someone since I was a teenager, but I like to blog a Christmas list of my most-wanted items every Christmas just for fun. My Mum and sister actually both asked me for ideas this year, though, so I created a Pinterest board full of things I have my eye on at the moment, and pointed them in its direction, and then picked some of my favourites to build this year's Christmas list.

This year, my list is mostly made up of Erstwilder jewellery, pretty books, Lady Vintage dresses, and a variety of beauty palettes and gift sets. (No change there, then!) I don't expect to receive anything from it for Christmas, but I might treat myself to one or two pieces if I'm lucky enough to receive any Christmas money, or if I get the urge to shop after Christmas. It's mostly just a fantasy wish list, but I hope it gives you some last minute gift ideas just the same.

1. This matryoshka scarf is so cute, and would go perfectly with my matching matryoshka brooch.
2. I love a good polka dot dress, and this multicolour Party Polka Dot Lyra Dress from Lady V looks beautiful.
3. How pretty is the Puffin Classics' edition of The Secret Garden?!
4. I'm still gutted that the koala brooch from the Erstwilder x Pete Cromer collection sold out before I could hit check out, so I would love to somehow hunt one down this Christmas.
5. I bought a pair of the Erstwilder Essentials drop earrings in red ripple red on release day, and now I want to go back for these gorgeous chunky red glitter heart drop earrings.
6. These purple glitter star studs would also be a nice addition to my ever-growing collection.
7. I'm obsessed with all of the Erstwilder x Pete Cromer designs, and would love to get my hands on the colourful Rowdy Rosella brooch to add to my collection. The resins are so pretty.
8. I also adore the vibrant design of The Comical Cockatoo brooch.
9. I would love a Zatchels large Sugarcube bag in my life. There are so many colours to choose from, but I think the classic red is currently my favourite- at least for winter.
10. I've always wanted to read Dracula, and I'm in love with the new clothbound edition from Puffin Classics.
11. These blue marbled resin moon studs from Erstwilder are absolutely dreamy.
12. The Too Faced 'Let it Snow, Girl!' Christmas make up set is one of the best gift sets I've seen in ages. The eyeshadow palette looks particularly amazing.
13. Every brooch collection needs a kangaroo, and Pete Cromer's Kinetic Kangaroo brooch has so much character.
14. I've been living in my short-sleeved black polka dot Lyra dress this autumn / winter, and I'd love the 3/4 length sleeve version of the Lyra dress for keeping warm in the winter months.
15. I'm still loving the Raven Mad Brooch from Erstwilder's Halloween collection, and would happily wear it all year round.
16. This clothbound classics edition of War of the Worlds is stunning.
17. You can never have too many notebooks, and this set of three Gardener's Club hedgehog print notebooks from Cath Kidston are adorable.
18. I don't really need any new nail polishes right now, but I love the look of this Mavala nail polish set.
19. This YSL Touche Eclat Radiance gift set looks fabulous. I'm addicted to the Blur Primer after getting a mini bottle in my Advent calendar last Christmas.
20. I would never receive this in a million years, but Cath Kidston's Provence Rose print Monty DAB Radio and Speaker is one of the prettiest gadgets I've ever seen.
21. Too Faced's Christmas Cookie House Party gift set is too cute for words. I love the look of the green shade in the eyeshadow palette.
22. Yet another Erstwilder brooch I'm lusting after is the Take a Bite Serpent Brooch. I would also wear it all year round.
23. I can't get over how beautiful this Wizard of Oz book cover is.
24. I would never spent £69 on one beauty gift set for myself, but I really want to try L'Occitane's rhubarb range. It smells divine.
25. Lady Vintage's navy lip print Lyra dress is really fun.
26. This OPI Hello Kitty gift set looks like such a lovely collection, with some really gorgeous nail shades.
27. After enjoying The Handmaid's Tale last year, I really want to read its new sequel, The Testaments by Margaret Atwood.
28. These purple glitter crescent moon earrings from Erstwilder are so beautiful.
29. This dreamy Gingerbread Spice Eyeshadow Palette from Too Faced has been on my wish list for years!
30. And I'd love to try more of The Body Shop's new festive Juicy Pear range, and the Juicy Pear Festive Sack seems like a great set for value for money. I don't think the scent is festive at all, but it is lovely- so sweet and fresh.

My Christmas List 2018


As it's almost Christmas, this week I've put together my Christmas list in lieu of my usual Wednesday Wish List post.

I don't expect to receive any of it, but I might treat myself to a piece or two if I'm lucky enough to receive any money for Christmas, or just feel the urge to spoil myself at the end of the month.

This year, my Christmas list is made up of a generous dose of fashion, lots of beauty palettes and gift sets, a handful of books, and even a few homeware items, and it may just give you a few last minute gift ideas.

1. I love the print and colours on this Pinball 50's dress from Hell Bunny.
2. Of all the brooches on my wish list, Erstwilder's Life By The Horns Rhino Brooch is still at the very top. I adore it!
3. I'm also smitten with Erstwilder's Okapi Of Course Brooch, and have been coveting it for months. I can never resist brooches inspired by unusual animals.
4. I chose the OPI nail polish Advent calendar to count down to Christmas with this year, but I'd still love to own the collection of polishes in the Ciaté Mini Mani Month calendar to make my nails look pretty in 2019. It's currently on sale, too!
5. This macaw print Tropical Parrot phone case from Skinny Dip is so beautiful. I once did work experience with macaws, so it's another reason why I need it. The best part is, it's currently half price!
6. Ciaté's new Glitter Storm eyeshadow palette looks absolutely stunning.
7. Armadillos are one of my favourite animals, and this armadillo brooch from Little Moose is one of the cutest pieces of jewellery I've ever seen! I want it so badly!

9. I don't need any more eyeshadow palettes, but the Urban Decay Naked Cherry eyeshadow palette looks so gorgeous, I could definitely make room for it in my life.

11. I really want to try some of the new Berry Bon Bon Delights products from The Body Shop.
12. Lindy Bop's Kody tea dress is one of my favourite Lindy styles, and it looks beautiful in berry.
13. This harvest mouse brooch from Tatty Devine is wonderful. It reminds me of Harvest Festival in primary school.
14. Hell Bunny's Pinball 50's skirt is almost as fabulous as the dress.
15. How amazing is this Mary Poppins glitter umbrella shoulder bag from Truffle Shuffle?! OMG!
16. I love Moorea Seal's 52 List books, and I love the look of her newest title 52 Lists For Togetherness.
17. The OPI Bubbles Collection is so fun and colourful.
18. I adore these Alpine Ditsy Bluetooth Speakers from Cath Kidston. I've needed some new speakers since my old ones broke last year, so my Mum's actually bought me them for Christmas! FYI, they're so inexpensive, and are currently on sale, too!
19. Little Moose's statement armadillo necklace is so cute I could cry.
20. I've always loved red and white toadstools, so I can't help coveting Erstwilder's amazing Forest Fun Guy Brooch.
21. I can't get my own real living, breathing narwhal for Christmas, so Kimchi and Coconut's galaxy narwhal brooch would be the second best thing.
22. Soap & Glory's Flatterbox gift set looks fabulous. There are so many great products in one handy palette.
23. This Moomin hot water bottle from House of Disaster is adorable.
24. Lindy Bop's Kasha kitten print tea dress ticks all the right boxes. I love the shape, style, colour, and print. And it has sleeves!
25. I'm dying to get my hands on the Breathe List Journal from Breathe Magazine. It looks fantastic, as do the other books in the series.
26. The World in Stitches make the best cross stitch kits and patterns, and I'd love to make this cookies sampler kit after Christmas.
27. What's better than a carousel horse brooch? A carousel fox brooch, like Vixen Copper, from Curious Carousel. I can't help thinking it would make a great design for a tattoo, too!
28. Too Faced's Chocolate Gold eyeshadow palette is so darn pretty. Those colours!
29. And this Bambi print leather cross body bag from Cath Kidston is wonderful. They always do Disney so well.
