How is it Sunday again already? This week seems to have flown by and I've no idea how, since I've only managed one hour out of bed all week! I've been feeling the cabin fever pretty bad, but the pain has been worse, so I've not been able to cure it just yet. I have managed to lose myself in the depths of Pinterest a few times, though, (and if you follow me on Pinterest, you'll know I pin my arse off!), so I've got some fun things to share in today's Favourites post.
I'm not really a fan of traditional French manicures, but I'm loving these colourful alternatives!
It's crazy knowing that there are animals like the weedy sea dragon living on our planet today. It must be one of the most unusual animals to have ever lived. Sure is cute, though!
This is beautiful.
I may have gotten a little over-excited when I saw Sasha U's amazing fox tattoo. I've mentioned before that I want to get a colourful geometric fox tattoo in the not too distant future, and this is exactly the sort of idea I have in mind. (Though, I would never get another person's exact design inked on me and no decent tattoo artist would let me; this is just inspiration). Isn't it stunning?!
I discovered another talented tattoo artist on Instagram last week called Martyna Popiel; she creates the most beautiful, colourful designs. I'm in love with so many already. Aren't these three gorgeous?
I love this living space.
How cute is Darcy the hedgehog?! I'd love to own one of those little guys one day.
An exact replica of the house from Up has been built in Utah, and oh, how I wish it belonged to me! I'm a little crazy about that film, so I couldn't help but fall in love with Lisa and Geoff's photo shoot. They recreated scenes from the married life montage (the bit which always leaving me bawling!), and I can't get over how adorable the entire photo shoot is. The attention to detail really is incredible.
These prints from Stasia Burrington are all so beautiful.
These pieces of art are made up of millions of tiny beads, all put in place individually by artist Liza Lou! These two pieces, Kitchen and Backyard took her eight years to finish! Woah!
These felt foxes are so cute.
This adorable little critter is Patrick, the world's oldest living wombat at 29 years old. The same age as me. I never knew wombats could grow so large... but then, I've never seen one in real life.
And I'm loving this mis-matched space.

and finally,
♥ I adore Kaelah's moss marquee letters and would love to try the DIY one day.
Sorry there aren't more links this week; I wasn't able to read a lot online this week away from my blog feed. Hopefully I'll have more variety for you next week.
Have a great day!
I am loving the pink/orange manicure! I'm such a fan of Sashas tattoo work, all her designs blow me away. Awww, that wombat is sooo cute & yep, they can certainly get pretty big! They are really amazing to see in real life.
ReplyDeleteI love the pink and orange manicure, too. I want to give it a shot this Summer. I adore Sasha's tattoos; her style is amazing, and I can't believe it's even possible for tattoos to be so colourful. I'd love to get some ink from her, one day. I also need to see wombats in real life one day, too. I've only ever seen them on TV and in pictures etc. xx
