I adore Little Moose's collection of snow monkey jewellery. In fact, I think they're some of the cutest jewellery designs I've ever seen.

I'm also lusting after Collectif's gorgeous tropical print Dolores jumpsuit, and Charming Bird doll dress. Just look at how pretty they are!

I'm obsessed with Lindy Bop's new border print dresses and skirts... although, I think a few of them are last year's designs making a reappearance. If you want to show your love for Paris, London, Venice, Holland, or even the White Cliffs of Dover, Lindy Bop have a dress to help you do just that.

This necklace from Baccurelli is amazing! Okay, it's hardly tropical outdoors right now, but it would be perfect for accessorising all of those Summer outfits when the weather starts warming up again.

Wednesday Wish List

I adore these amazing brooches from Kimchi and Coconut, especially the quoll and the platypus.



The Sugarpill Little Twin Stars eyeshadow palette is too cute! I love the look of the turquoise shadow.

I've fallen head over heels in love with Too Faced's new rainbows and unicorns 'Life's a Festival' collection. Just look at how pretty it all is! I'm particularly besotted with the seriously gorgeous Rainbow Strobe Highlighter, although the Shimmer Eyeshadow Palette looks amazing, too.



Betsey Johnson's new wicker ice cream cone novelty bag would make the perfect Summer day bag.



The Vendula London Prosecco Bar truck shaped grab bag has to be one of the cutest bags I've ever seen! What will they think of next?

Hobbycraft Craft Haul



Last weekend, I took a rare trip out of the house so I could go stock up on craft supplies at Hobbycraft with my Mum. I went to shop for materials to make Easter pom pom wreaths, hoop art, and bandanas for Rosie (my dog), and left an hour later with a bag full of goodies, sixty quid lighter, but a happy little bunny.

I always find shopping for craft supplies and stationery as exciting and addictive as shopping for make up and beauty products. I just can't resist anything that allows me to get creative, and make pretty things with my own two hands, Craft supplies, art supplies, stationery, gift wrapping materials... I'm all over that shit like a kid in a sweet shop. I love crafting and getting creative, so Hobbycraft is like a treasure trove of wonders to me, as well as a store full of goodies that help me fill my time during all that time I spend on bed rest. I always get carried away and come away with bags full of supplies whenever I shop there, and if money grew on trees, I would probably buy the whole shop. Hobbycraft shopping trips are my favourite.

Before I begin using everything, I thought you might like to see what I bought, so I've put together a little Hobbycraft haul to show you today.


So, what did I buy?

Pastel Polka Dot Fat Quarters- which I'd like to use to make neckerchief bandanas for Rosie, hoop art, or Easter table favour pouches. Perhaps I'll just have to do all three? (Find here).

Satin Ribbons- mostly to use for gift wrapping presents for my family and friends throughout the year. I picked up four 15m rolls in pink, lilac, mint, and yellow for the bargain price of £1 each, but didn't realise they matched the fat quarters until I got home- it was purely a coincidence! I was just drawn to the lovely colours. I admit, I'm basically Monica Geller when it comes to ribbons. (Available here).

Embroidery Hoops- to use as a base for the Spring / Easter pom pom wreaths I'm going to make. I bought one eight inch and one nine inch hoop, and each hoop will make two wreaths. (Buy here).

Wool- in lemon and golden yellows and mint and lime greens to make pom poms from, and also to cover the embroidery hoops with when I make the wreaths.

Felt Sheets- in baby pink, lime green, and mint green, to make felt tulips, daffodils, and leaves to go on the wreaths. I couldn't find all the colours I needed in store, so I've placed an online order for more of them in yellows and oranges.

Vintage Flower Bundle- which I found in the wedding section, and decided to buy to use as props for my blog photos. The flowers are so pretty, and look quite realistic, which is impressive for just £6 for a bouquet of six stems. (Find here).

Silk Daffodils- to add to the Spring wreaths... although, I might just keep them for blog photo props.  They were just £1 each. (Available here).

Tree House Colour-In Canvas- not to colour, but to watercolour paint, because I enjoy painting but am not the most confident sketcher in the world. The canvas was a bargain at just £4, although it's £5 online. (Buy here).

Tissue Paper- this is something I like to always keep on hand for wrapping presents for all occasions throughout the year. Hobbycraft make the best colourful tissue paper, and it's far better value than any you'll find in a card or stationery shop. (Available here).

Hot Glue Gun and Glue Sticks- for various craft projects. I've been meaning to get my hands on a glue gun for ages so I can finish a couple of projects I began over Christmas, and to use for all sorts of craft projects in the future. This could get dangerous, guys! (Find the glue gun here and glue sticks here).

Double-Sided Tape- because I'd ran out, and use it for all sorts of things- present wrapping, crafting, journaling, etc. (Shop here).

Pastel Easter Chocolate Coins- which somehow fell in to my basket. I thought I might use them for this year's Easter table favours, although, I also think they'd make cute Easter photo props.

I may have also slipped a packet of Mini Eggs and Malteaster Bunnies in to my basket- my first of the year- but I also may have eaten them before I managed to take these photos. Oops...

I told you I get carried away when it comes to shopping for craft supplies! I just can't help myself. I don't feel guilty about it, though; it's money well spent in my eyes.


I'm so pleased with my little craft haul, and I can't wait to get started on some new crafts. I'm definitely going to make a few pom pom wreaths, dog bandanas, and polka dot hoop art from this little lot, and I'm considering making Easter favour pouches, a pom pom garland or two, felt flowers to add to Rosie's collar, and who knows what else! I also want to have a go at making Easter crackers this year, but I'm still on the hunt for the perfect kit or some pretty Easter card / paper to make my own from scratch. I have since placed an online order with Hobbycraft for other things I needed that I didn't find in store, which I might share another day if you'd like to see what other craft supplies I've bought? The haul includes a wooden house shelf with lots of little nooks that I'm going to paint white (similar to the one I did in December) to display some of my nail polish collection on, and some colourful striped mint and pink storage boxes, plus lots of other little things. Wednesday Wish List

Happy Valentine's Day, guys,

I hope you're being spoiled rotten by your Valentine, or if you're single, you're spoiling yourself. If you're not, buy yourself flowers and a box of your favourite chocolates, run yourself a candlelit bubble bath, curl up in front of the TV with your favourite rom coms, treat yourself to something on your wish list, and be your own Valentine. You deserve to be spoiled today whether you're loved up or not. 

If you're looking for something gorgeous to treat yourself to, you might find something you like in this week's wish list. I'm certainly tempted to treat myself to a piece or two as a Valentine's Day treat.

Erstwilder have just released an amazing 'Ocean Vibes' collection of ocean-themed jewellery, and I'm in love with them all. I particularly love the 'Big Blue' whale brooch (#10).



I love the look of the new Kirsten Leanne Kaleidoscope Eyeshadow Palette for Urban Decay. So many pretty colours!

I'm loving Hell Bunny's new 'Strawberry Sundae' print, and the 'Rosa Rossa 50's Dress' and 'Cactus Cardigan' are absolutely gorgeous, too.


Last week, I finally treated myself to the Vendula London Russian Dolls cross body bag that I'd been lusting after for about a year, and the craftsmanship and embroidered detailing is so wonderful, I'm tempted to buy the Russian Dolls tote bag, as well. I haven't stopped thinking about it for a week, and it's currently on sale for half it's original price, so it would be stupid not to snap one up, wouldn't it?



I don't need another colourful eyeshadow palette- my dressing table is overflowing with them- but this Violet Voss Rainbow Palette is a thing of dreams.

I stumbled across Finest Imaginary on Etsy the other day, and I've fallen in love with their fox designs, especially the gorgeous snowglobe necklace (#4).

I adore Cath Kidston's new Puffin print. I only wish the clothes came in my size, because that dress and skirt both look amazing! I have a feeling I won't be able to resist the pouch and socks for much longer, though...



Speaking of cute bird prints, I've also fallen hook, line, and sinker for this beautiful floral toucan print Collectif Dolores Tropical Bird dress. The print is so gorgeous.

What I Got For Christmas Haul 2017


I know I'm really late to the party (how was Christmas more than a month ago already??), but today I'm going to show you what I got for Christmas this last year. One of these days I might actually blog something on time, but hey, it's better late than never, right?


I guess I'd better begin by saying, I'm not writing this post to show off or try to make anybody jealous; I'm simply sharing a snippet of my life that I thought you might be interested to see. I personally love reading Christmas present hauls on other blogs, and enjoy writing one every year, and while some of you don't, I know many of you do enjoy them, too. If you do, keep reading! If you don't, you may prefer to click the 'x' button in the corner now. No hard feelings; I'll catch you next time.




So... this Christmas, I was spoiled rotten by my loved ones, and received some really lovely, thoughtful, and gorgeous gifts on Christmas morning that really made my Christmas. I probably received less than ever before, as my family collectively agreed to stop exchanging gifts with our extended family this Christmas to ease some of that festive financial strain, but I actually think I was given some of the best presents ever as they were all from the people who know me best- my best friend, parents, sisters, and brother-in-law. They all lavished me with far more presents than I deserved.




My parents bought me the Tarte 'Good For You Glamour' Make Up Collection, which includes the Lady's Night Clay Palette, Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara, Lip Sculptor Lipstick & Lipgloss duo in 'Sass', Clay Stick Foundation in 'Fair Beige' a powder brush, an eyeshadow brush, and a purple make up bag. I haven't tried any of them yet as I still need to take photos so I can blog a review of them, but everything looks amazing- especially the eyeshadow palette- and I can't wait to try everything. They also gave me the most beautiful set of patterned Tarte 'Artful Accessories' make up brushes, which was the best surprise as I'd been coveting them for months, and hadn't expected to receive them at all. It has to be my favourite present from Christmas 2017- but don't tell the others!



From my parents, I also received a beautiful pair of star-shaped silver earrings, a pink floral patterned Joe Browns cardigan, three pink flamingo plates, a dark red OPI nail polish in 'Love Is In My Cards', plus a chocolate orange, Toblerone, bag of chocolate coins, and a tube of Pringles. I don't know why, but it's been a tradition for my sisters and I to be given a Terry's Chocolate Orange, and a tube of Pringles from our parents each Christmas for as long as I can remember. It wouldn't be Christmas without finding them in my stocking now!


My little sister, Sarah, gave me two awesome novelty bags from Forever 21- a strawberry and a rainbow, which she said she'd bought for me all the way back in May.  The sweet little strawberry is my favourite, but the rainbow is ridiculously cute, too. I can't wait to use them! She also gave me a set of two Cath Kidston pouches- one floral, and one with the cutest bespectacled guinea pig on it, the Stranger Things soundtrack (which I totally forgot to photograph), and a seriously amazing Elliot the dragon soft toy from The Disney Store. Pete's Dragon was one of my favourite Disney films growing up, so it's basically the best soft toy ever!



From my older sister, Marie, and brother-in-law, Steve, I was spoiled with a gift bag full of lots of lovely little things. They gave me a set of five festive Yankee Candle votives in some of my favourite festive scents, a DKNY 'Delicious Night' perfume (one of my favourite ranges of perfumes ever), two gorgeous Folklore necklaces (a deer and a bear), a Cranberry Crush Hand and Nail Cream and a Winter Berry Lip Balm from a German beauty brand called Accentra, a Milka chocolate Santa, and a box of German Kinder chocolate.




On Christmas Eve, Marie also treated me to the cutest pair of squirrel gloves from Accessorize, which technically weren't a Christmas present, but I've included them anyway as it was another gift I received at Christmas time. Look how adorable they are!


And my best friend, Angela, sent me a set of Temple Spa 'Spa Attraction' skincare products that included the Repose Aromatherapy Resting Cream, Truffle Noir Skin Rejuvenator, Bosom Pal Bust Firming Treatment, and Exalt Firming Neck Gel in a little teal case. I've never heard of the brand before, or tried any of their products, but I'm looking forward to trying them all out, particularly as they're products my best friend enjoyed using herself and wanted me to try. I'm sure I'll do a review of them once I've trialled them all.


And that is everything I was treated to this Christmas.

I love everything that I was given this Christmas, and I'm so grateful for every present I received. My family and best friend were way too generous, and spoiled me rotten! I definitely didn't deserve all these lovely things, but it certainly helped make my Christmas extra special.
